1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid purchases on AI Room Redesign at airoomredesign.net.

Our pricing experience includes:

• Free starter credits on sign-up (see Pricing for current amounts)
• One-time credit packs
• Monthly or yearly subscriptions (Starter, Professional, Enterprise)
• Credits consumed per generation according to model and resolution shown in the app before you generate

Free credits do not require payment and are not refundable as cash.

2. Free Credits

Sign-up credits and other free grants are provided at no charge. There is nothing to refund for free usage.

3. Failed Generations (Credits)

If a paid generation fails on our side after credits were deducted, we restore credits to your balance when our systems record a failure. You do not need to email us for an ordinary failed job. Retrying a new generation uses credits again.

4. Credit Packs

One-time credit packs allocate credits when purchased.

• Pack credits are generally non-refundable once issued, because compute is allocated immediately.
• Exceptions: required by law; a verified platform failure that prevented any use of the pack; or duplicate / accidental charges we can confirm.
• Unused credits may expire after the validity period shown at purchase (for example 12 months). Expired credits have no cash value.

If you have not used any credit from a pack, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We may refund or cancel that unused pack at our reasonable discretion, except where law requires a refund.

5. Subscriptions

• You may cancel anytime; access and remaining monthly allowance continue until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• We do not refund subscription time or credits already granted for a period that has started.
• First charge only: if you subscribe, use no paid generations, and cancel within 7 days of the initial charge, contact support. We may refund that first charge at our reasonable discretion, except where law requires a refund.
• Yearly plans may grant credits monthly; cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically cash out unused allotments.

6. Non-Refundable or Limited Situations

We may deny or limit a refund when:

• The request is made more than 7 days after purchase (unless law requires a longer period)
• Credits from the purchase have already been used
• We detect fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated refund farming
• The purchase was already refunded
• Local law requires a different outcome (we follow applicable law)

7. How to Request a Refund

1. Account or checkout email
2. Order or transaction ID and purchase date
3. Product name (credit pack or subscription plan)
4. Brief reason (optional)

We typically review within 1–3 business days. Approved card refunds may take 5–7 business days or longer depending on your bank. Credit-only adjustments appear in your balance.

8. Chargebacks

Contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account restrictions.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy with a new Last Updated date. Purchases already completed are generally governed by the Policy in effect at purchase, except where a change is more favorable to you or required by law.
