AI Room Redesign is a browser-based studio that helps you upload photos of interior rooms, exteriors, or gardens and generate visual design previews (not construction documents). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

3. Scope

This Policy applies to our website, web app, accounts, room-design generations, credits, subscriptions, checkout, and support channels we operate. It does not cover third-party sites or services (payment processors, sign-in providers, or AI infrastructure vendors).

4. Information We Collect

4.1 Information you provide

• Account information when you sign in: name, email, and identifiers from auth providers (for example Google).
• Uploads: room, exterior, or garden photos (and related files such as PDF where supported) you submit for redesign.
• Prompts and settings: room type, style, lighting, optional notes, and similar workbench choices.
• Communications: messages to support, including attachments.
• Purchase metadata: plan or credit pack selected, order IDs, and billing details needed to fulfill payment. Card numbers are processed by our payment provider (for example Stripe); we do not store full card numbers when the provider handles them.

4.2 Information generated by the Service

• Generated images and previews from your uploads.
• Job history: timestamps, credit use, model/resolution settings, and stored outputs when you use history or “My files” features.
• Logs: success/failure, abuse signals, and technical data needed to operate and secure the Service.

4.3 Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, and interaction events.
• Device and browser data: browser type, language, approximate location from IP (or truncated IP where we apply controls).
• Cookies and similar technologies for sessions, preferences, and analytics where enabled. You can control cookies in your browser; essential cookies may be required for sign-in.

4.4 What we do not require

• Sensitive categories (health, religion, etc.) to use the product.
• Government ID for standard room redesign.

Outputs are visual concepts, not certified architectural or engineering deliverables.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to:

1. Provide redesign generations from your photos and settings.
2. Manage credits and subscriptions shown on Pricing.
3. Save history when you are signed in (for example dashboard and my files).
4. Process payments and prevent fraud.
5. Improve reliability and security using aggregated or de-identified data where practical.
6. Communicate about support, transactions, and (where permitted) product updates.
7. Comply with law.

We process uploads to deliver the generation you request. We do not sell your room photos. We do not use your photos to train public AI models without your consent.

6. Photo Processing

Uploads are transmitted to our servers and to cloud AI providers to produce images. Retention depends on your account features and our storage policies; you may delete items where the product provides delete controls.

Do not upload images you do not have the right to use, or photos of people where you lack consent.

7. Sharing

We may share data with:

• Infrastructure and AI vendors under contract to process uploads and run the app.
• Payment processors to complete checkout.
• Analytics or auth providers you choose or we configure.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Retention

We keep account and billing records as needed for the Service, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Uploads and outputs may be deleted when you remove them or close your account, subject to backups and legal holds.

9. Your Rights

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age in your jurisdiction). Contact us if you believe a child provided data without appropriate consent.
